What we treat
From an unexpected test result to complex or advanced kidney disease, every consultation begins with a careful review of the whole clinical picture.

A considered approach
Kidney conditions rarely occur in isolation. Consultations consider your kidney function alongside blood pressure, diabetes, medications, cardiovascular health and personal priorities.
Our aim is to explain the problem clearly, reduce avoidable risk and agree on a plan that is clinically sound and realistic for everyday life.
Assessment & planning
Clarifying the cause of abnormal kidney results and developing a practical plan to protect long-term kidney health.
Comprehensive assessment of reduced kidney function, risk of progression and related complications, followed by an individualised care plan.
Prompt specialist assessment after a sudden decline in kidney function, including investigation of the cause and guidance through recovery.
Evaluation of proteinuria, albuminuria or haematuria, with further investigation or kidney biopsy considered when appropriate.
Integrated treatment
Coordinated, evidence-based treatment for conditions involving the kidneys, blood pressure and broader health.
Specialist diagnosis and treatment of glomerulonephritis, nephrotic syndrome, lupus nephritis and other inflammatory kidney conditions.
Kidney-protective treatment focused on blood pressure, albuminuria, cardiovascular risk and coordinated diabetes management.
Investigation of difficult-to-control blood pressure and possible secondary causes, followed by carefully tailored treatment.
Long-term support
Thoughtful long-term planning for recurrent problems, advanced kidney disease and important treatment decisions.
Metabolic investigation and personalised prevention strategies to reduce the likelihood of further stones.
Clear education and shared planning for supportive care, haemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis when kidney function is severely reduced.
Specialist support before and after transplantation, including long-term monitoring and coordination with transplant services.
